These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and any services you request from Two Tall Design, LLC, doing business as Two Tall. By using this site or working with us, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
Two Tall provides website design, website care, and search and AI visibility work, including the Search and AI Visibility Snapshot, Web Design, Website Care plans, and Search, AI Visibility and Discoverability services. The scope of any project is set in a separate proposal, agreement, or care plan, and that agreement governs the specific work, timeline, and price.
Working Together
You agree to give us accurate information about your business, timely feedback, and access to the accounts and systems needed to complete the work. Projects and care plans move faster when we get clear, prompt answers, and delays on your end may extend a project timeline.
Payment
Fees for a project or care plan are set out in your proposal or agreement. Care plans bill on a recurring schedule and continue until either party cancels with notice, as described in your specific agreement. Late payment may pause active work until the account is current.
Ownership
You own your website content, domain name, and the final deliverables we build for you once payment is complete. Two Tall retains ownership of its own internal tools, code libraries, and processes used to deliver the work, and of any materials you have not yet paid for in full.
Care Plan Scope
Website Care plans are not unlimited request retainers. Each tier includes a defined set of work, and additional requests outside that scope are quoted separately. Details for each tier are listed on our Website Care page.
No Guarantees
We work to make your business easier to understand, trust, find, and contact. We do not guarantee search rankings, lead volume, AI citations, or any specific business result, since these depend on many factors outside our control, including search engines, AI systems, competitors, and your market.
Third-Party Services
Our work may rely on third-party tools and platforms, including hosting providers, plugins, analytics services, and APIs. We choose these tools carefully, but we are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations introduced by those third parties.
Limitation of Liability
Two Tall's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question during the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
Ending Our Agreement
Either party may end an ongoing care plan or project with written notice, as described in your specific agreement. Work completed and fees owed through the notice period remain payable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our services change. The most current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after an update means you accept the changes.
